treaty of peace was signed at St.
James palace by the delegates, of all
the Balkan allies and of Turkey. Sir
Edward Grey, the British foreign sec-
retary, presided at the meeting. .

TLEMENT.
To each of the above named administra-
tors and guardians, and to whom it may
concern:
BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this the
23rd day of May, 1913, the same being a
regular day of the April,, 1913, term of
said Court, and it appearing to the court
that in all of the above named causes ac-
counts for final settlement have been
filed in the above named County Court,
and all of the above named cases are set
down for hearing on the 14’th day of June,
1913, at the regular April, 1913, term of
the above named court, and it appearing
that all of the said accounts have been
filed twenty days prior to said date.
And it appearing that it will be nec-
essary to have a hearing on the various
accounts above named, it is hereby or-
dered. that a copy of this order and no-
tice shall be published in the Daily Legal
News, a newspaper published in the
County of Tuisa, Oklahoma, for two suc-
cessive weeks.
And it appearing to the Court that all
of the above named estates are ready for
distribution and that all of the accounts
mentioned above are accounts for final
settlement and every person wnomsoever,
interested in the above named estates are
hereby directed to appear at the County
Court, on the 14th day of June, 1913, at
nine o’clock a. m. of said day, to show
cause, if any they have, why all of the
above named accounts should not be ap-
Droved and final order of distribution
made.

SALE OF REAL ESTATE.

In County Court No. 1364.
In the matter of the estate of Bruce
Agent, a minor, John Buck, guardian.
Notice is hereby given that John Buck
the duly appointed and qualified guardian
of the estate of Bruce Agent, a minor,
has returned and presented for confirma-
tion, and filed in said court his return
of the sale of the following described real
estate of said Bruce Agent, a minor, to-
wk:
An undivided 1-12 interest in and to the
southwest quarter of the northeast quar-
ter of section seven, township sixteen (16)
north, range fourteen (14) east, situated
and being in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
For the sum of $75.00 and that Monday
the 9th day of June, 1913, at 2 o’clock in
the afternoon of said day at the County
Court room in Tulsa in said county of
Tulsa, has been duly appointed by said
Court for hearing said return, at which
time any person interested in said estate
may appear and file his exceptions in
writing to said return and contest the
same, and are hereby referred to said
return for further particulars.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF. I have
hereunto set my hand and affixed the
seal of said Court, this 23rd day of May.
