S E- Grimes came in this morning
from Lowell, Mass., to locate on a
claim ho captured 011 the 16th of
September. He brings his family
with him and will proceed to put up
a house and barn immediately. His
family will remain in town while he is
engaged in gettting his claim in ord-
er. Mr. Grimes is a practical farmer,
haB considerable capital and is brim-
ful of energy. Ho has also three
grown sons 'a ho will materially as-
sist him in making one of the finest
farms in this section, if not the finest
in the whole southwest. The country
welcomes such men as Mr. Grimes,
and hopes they will come in thous-
ands.
