Mr. and Mrs S. F Moore started on
their return trip to Albany. Mo., after
a two weeks visit with their son Ralph
Moore of the firm of Kelly & Moore.

water each and every day. The erec-
tion of dwellings and business houses
is moving off and when one or two is

the city finds something to do. Some
days it may seem that things are a

larger cities of permitting without re-
striction the selling of small wares by
children of either sex en the streets at

be looked upon as a questionable one.

of population in the latter country

Liverpool some months ago forbade
by ordinance all trading in the streets

too, are compelled to place on record
with the authorities the location of

has been taken up in London, also, in-
vestigation by the county council hav-
ing been followed by an elaborate re-
port upon the subject: and a commit-
tee of the house or commons has given
it special attention,
