mittee of Linclon county at a meeting of said
committee- held at Chandler 011 July 14, 1900,
a delegate convention of the republicans of
Lincoln county is hereby called to meet at
Chandler 011 Saturday, August 4th. 1900, at 10
o'clock A. M . for the purpose of electing
twenty-three delegates to attend the republi-
can congressional convention to be held at
Guthrie on August Hth, 11.00.
The basts of representation of the several
voting precincts in said convention shall be
one delegate at large for each precinct and
one additional delegate for each tif teen votes,
or major fraction thereof, cast for the Hon.
