Pursuant to call of the county
chairman a strong representation of
Populists of Cleveland county met
in the opera house last Saturday af-
ternoon for the purpose of taking
action regarding the proposed na-
tional conference at Nashville neat
month. A. D. Hickok was chosen
chairman and J. S. Allan secretary
of meeting. The chair stated the
object of the meeting, and called
for an expression of opinion from
those present. The choice was
unanimously in favor of sending a
delegate to Nashville. The follow-
ing resolutions, presented by Hick-
ok, Appleby and Tarkington, were
