So far, the "sound money" Demo-
crats have been remarkably deficient
in either luck or lighting resources,

considered doubtful. The 16 to 1 lead-
ers have been industrious uud have
l-coaceded nothing. Alabama has been
bemi: tainted by n straddler, or mi ail

Chicago Convention was set for May
26 h, at Oklahoma City. The Con-
gressional Convention will be helij at

tionment of delegates is one for every
