the people of Oklahoma are capable
of self government and is an unmis-

tion that Oklahoma is destined to take

The time for action on the part of
the people ins come, If the 61th con-
gress does not give us an enabling *cl

least three years before the peopJe of
Oklahoma can eujov the greit boon of
