Third. If cases of small-pox oc-
cur from this disputed ease the pub-
lic will be informed and every pre-
caution taken to prevent the spread
of the disease.
Fourth. Small-pox does exist in
Cleveland county, this territory, and
this fact should admolish every per-
son who has not srtisfactory evidence
of vaccination to be vaccinated, and
all heads of families or those in
charge of minors to have all unvac-
cinated persons vaccinated. No one
physician has speciul authority to do
this. Have it done by your family
physician or if you (have none, by
the physician you may select. I have
reason to believe that all doctors in
Perry are provided with pure vaccine
virus.
Fifth, if all citizens will co-oper-
ate in this matter no compulsory
means will be required in order to
have all unprotected people pro-
tected. Respectfully,
