Whereras, the Administrators of
said estate have filed their petition,
setting forth the following facts iu con-
nection with said estate, to-wit:
That at the time they were appointed
administrators of said estate that there
was a mortgage due on the property
described herein, to-wit: Lots one (I)

Notice is hereby given that in pur-
suance to an order of the probate
court of the county of Payne, and ter-
ritory of Oklahoma, made on the 13th
day of September, 1901, in the matter
of the estate of Louisa Charles, de-
ceased, the undersigned, as the admin-
istrator of the estate of said deceased,
will sell at private sale, to the highest
bidder, for cash in hand, subject to the
confirmation by said probate court, on
or after Saturday, the 5th day of Octo-
ber, 1901. at one o’clock p. m., at his
home in Stillwater township, one mile
south of Stillwater, O, T., in said coun-
ty of Payne, all the right, title, interest
and estate of the said Louisa Charles
at the time of her death, and all the
right, title and interest that the said
estate has, by operation of law, or
otherwise, acquired in and to all the
certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situ-
ate, lying and being in the county of
Payne, territory of Oklahoma, bounded
and described as follows, and upon the
following terms and conditions, to-wit:
The undivided one-third [1-3] inter-
est in the west one-half (>£] of the
northeast one-fourth (}£) of section

Ida M. Campbell, plaintiff,
Myrtle A. Laker and Mar-
ion B iker, defendants.
To the above named defendants, Myr-
tle A. Baker and Marion Baker.
You and each of you are hereby no-

action in the above named court and
that you must answer the petition tiled
by plaintiff in said action on or before
the 24th day of October, A. D. 1901, or
said petition will be taken as true and
judgment will be rendered against you
foreclosing plaintiff's mortgage des-
cribed in said petition and decreeing
said mortgage a first and beat lien up-
on the premises therein described, to-
wit: The southeast quarter of section
thirty-three (33) in township nineteen
(19) north, of range one (1) east of In-
dian Meridian, except one acre in the
southwest corner used as cemetery
grounds, and further decreeing that
said described real estate shall be sold
without appraisement in the manner
prescribed by law, and that said de-
fendants and each of them shall be for-
ever barred and enjoined from exer-
cising, claiming or asserting any right,
title, lieri or equity in or to the said des-
cribed real estate.
