Dasia N. Sorrels, will take notice that
said plaintiffs, Annie Bradley and M. F.
McCoole, have filed in the District Court
of Oklahoma County, State of Oklahoma
in the above entitled cause, their peti-
tion praying Judgment against said de-
fendants. George W. Colltver and Flor-
ence W. Colliver in the sum of $2,164.99,
together with interest on $910.66 of
said sum from the 11th day of
January, 1911, until paid, at the
rate of 8 per cent per annum, interest
on $1 000.00 of said sum from the 9th
day of October, 1910. until palid, at the
rate of 8 per cent per annum, and inter-
est on $254.33 of said sum at the rate
of 8 per cent per annum until paid, from
the 5th day of June, 1914, and 10 per
cent of the amount due additional as at-
torney’s fees and costs of said action;
and praying foreclosure of a mortgage
on the following described real prop-
erty. lands and tenements, to-wit:-
