WHAT MEDICINES ARE
MEANT FOR
There are thousands of different kinds of drugs and innu-
merable combinations. Each one has a very distinct purpose
to perform. Each drug has a particular reactionary effect.
Your doctor knows this and that is why his education and
experience are valuable when it comes to diagnosing your
particular case. It lon’t pay to fool with medicines. When
you are ill see your lector first—he is the man who knows.
We are the men who know how to fill his prescription prop-
erly and give him the greatest amount of co-operation and
you the greatest amout of actual benefit.

Henry Huffman, aged twenty-three, a
smelter worker, was struck by .a south-
bound Katv passenger train at a grade
crossing at Bartlesville early Thursday
morning and fatally injured, dying
three hours later. Both legs were cut
off ju*t below the hips and he was badly
injured otherwise. The theory of the
accident is that Huffman either was in
toxicated or had been slugged and laid
on the tracks. The engineer saw him
but not in time to stop the train.

We constantly anticipate repose, yet
it surely can only be the repose that is
in entire and healthy activity. It must
be a repose without rust. What is
leisure but opportunity for more com-
plete and entire action? Our energies
pine for exercise. The time we spend
in discharge of our duties is so much
leisure, so that there is no man but has
sufficient of it.
