For the purpose oi procuring the de-
sires of tho voters in the party, it is
suggested by the County Central Com-
mittee that the question of the method
of nominating candidates—whether by
a delegate convention or by primary
elections—be taken up at the meeting
in each precincton the 10th of April,
and there decided, so that the members
