sires of tho voters in the party, it is
suggested by the County Central Com-
mittee that the question of the method
of nominating candidates—whether by
a delegate convention or by primary
elections—be taken up at the meeting
in each precincton the 10th of April,
and there decided, so that the members
of the County Central Committee may
be enabled to follow the wishes of the
people in the nominations for county
