What We Want
There's one thing certain; a newspaper may be
mostly wind, but it is an absolute, unvarnished lact
that it can't run on wind; there's got to be some-
thing doing in the money line. • .
We want some advertising, and we want it
bad; we want it because we need it; we have wanted
it ever since we have been printing a paper, and we
will want it as long as we print one.
Some of our merchants have been patronizing
us very well and we appreciate it. but some are not
doing what they should.
We know this paper is not so good as it should
be, but its as good as we can possibly make it un-
der the circumstances.
