I Plain Prices vs. Blind Prices
If you were ffoinfr to New York tomorrow the chances
are that you would take the fastest express and the strait-
est road that would },ret you there the quickest. And here's
the point we want to make:
When you go out trading and go to some shop that
asks you $7.00 and then drops down to #4.98 and takes two
hours of your time and two hours of the store's time and
• ■ wears out your patience, and makes you think you have
gotten a bargain, that store is taking you to New York by
the ' Mule Route."
You are shopping on a slow train and not saving any
money, .lust wasting your time and making shopping
a burden. We make shopping a pleasure here because we
mark everything in plain figures and mark them at the
lowest possible price on reliable merchandise.
You can read the prices and decide for yourself when
at this store, and you won't need any salesmen to keep
hammering and declaring this and that, which, if their
.■statements were sifted to the bottom, would be so black
tint half the truth would look like a pure white spot from
an angel's robe.
Hundreds and hundreds of people of this county show
that they appreciate our store's business policy by coining
here and favoring us with their custom.
They know when they enne here everything they buy-
can lie depended upon. That every price they pay must
be right. They know that in no instance do they pay more
than a thing is worth, and that quite frequently values are
found here not to be found elsewhere.
