Small Blaze.
Last Friday afternoon about
three, o’clock, the small barn of F.
E. Turner on east Second Street
was discovered to be on tire. It
caught from some trash that was
turning in the yard of the lot on
which the barn was situated. The
loss was estimated at about
$100-00 with no insurance The
barn was used for the storage of
gasoline and some excitement was
caused when the fact whs known
that there was two barrels of tha
fluid in the burning buildings. It
was useless to attempt to
quell the flames as they were un-
der too much head way and all ef-
forts were put forth to save ad-
