Letter From

Pasadena, Cal
W. F. Barnard.
Dear Friend: - Enclosed find
check for $1.00; please renew my
paper for one more year.
We are having fine weather,
and have had ever since I have
been here. It does not seem Hkc
December weather as the grass is
green and fall gardens are look
ing nice. The oranges are ripen-
ing fast. On the mountains you
can see the snow. On January 1
our town will have a floral par-
ade. Some floats will have at
least a ton of roses raised from
our town and surrounding coun-
try at this time of year.
I am in the same line of busi-
ness that I was in at Cashion.
Enjoying life. All are very well.
I weigh 162 pounds, so you see
the climate agrees with me.
This is all for this time as I am
busy in the store and am alone at
present, so will try and write
more next time.
Yours truly.
