the United States Marshal's office in
this city for the purpose of swearing
out a complaint and securing tliearrest
of VV. II. Keith, formerly of Wilbur
I toil, for the crime of seduction. Some
time before, the party charged had fled j (i
j from the country to parts unknown.
( m January 30th, only six days later, j
! through the efforts of the marshal's
force, Keith w as found and arrested at
J Rising Fawn, Georgia, about Ao miles
| from Atlanta. Office Deputy Geo. L.
Miller received news of the capture
and on February 4th had the satisfac-
tion of meeting W. H. Keltti as he
walked into the office accompanied by
i an officer from Georgia.
