Be it ordained by the presi-
dent of the* b^ard of truetees,
and the board of trustees of the
town of Ripley. Payne count ,
Okla.
Sec. l.Tbat it shall be unlawful
for any person or persos to loiter
or lounge about any building dur-
ing the time that public ser ic“S
are being conducted within the
building.
Sec. 2. That it shall be unlaw-
ful to sit in any buggy, nutotno-
bile, or other vehicle left on the
public streets or alleys of the
town by the owner or driver, un-
less such owner or driver has
