Mr. Uouch is a tluer.t ami inter-
esting speaker and presents facts
and statistics covering the many
evils arising out of the liquor traffic
and ably depicts the mittery and
degradation directly traceable to this
insidious business.
M«*. Uouch is also an advocate of
equal suffrage, believing that whsii
| women have the right to help
choose the otticers to enforce all
laws alike that they will always
be found on the side of the defender
of the purity of the heme and mor-
ality and it is a well known tact
j that oue of the most efficient pre-
| ventatives ot crime is to remove the
temptation or the conditions and
environments that bring the young
j into temptation and in his opinion
j this can be accomplished by placing
j tne ballot in the hands of the moth
ers.
