The committee on arrangements is making every possible
effort to get a man to make a high dive. If this cannot be
done A1 Williams the during aeronaut and slide for life per-
former will give an exhibition at this hour sliding down the
wire hanging by his teeth.
10 o'clock P. M. SLIDE FOR LIFE.
A! W illiams, will besides making one i f the most set - a t. r, -
al 1'aloon Ascensions ever will slide down a wire fastened
to a too foot pole, hanging by his fee'. Before lie starts he
will saturate his clothes with oil and light then), coming down
surrounded by a mass of fire. The feat will be the climax
of the ielebration and is on a par with all the other attri-
tions and above all but the baloon ascension.

BASEBALL GAMES
'1 here will be two good baseball games between first class
teams. 1 he games will be played either on the open grouuds
north of the park or at the Fair Grounds.
Absolutely no admission will be charg-
ed to either of these games.

RACES AT PARK
Several races^ have been planned as follows; Fat mans
race, 50 yards lean mans race 100 yards—sack race, 25
yards—3 legged race 50 yards—potato race, 50 yards (some-
thing new,- —100 yard dash—50 yard dash for girls only.
Entries to the above races will be open to everybody
with no restrictions or charges excepting the first two. In
the fat mans race entries must weigh at least 25c pounds.
in the lean mans race entries will be re-pired to be at
least 5 feet 10 inches in height and must not weigh over 150.
Ihree cash prizes will be awarded in each race where there
are as many as three entries, as follows, first prize $2, second
prize ft and third pr:,:e 5ocerits, \\ here there are less than
three entries there will b; only one prize of $2.
Basket Dinner At The City Park
All Visitors at the Celebration are urged to bring their dinners and enjoy an Old Fashioned Picnic Feast

Baloon Ascension
A! W illiams the most marvelous aeronaut of the 20th cen-
ir\ is been secured to make a baloon ascension at 5
k P- ni. >\ ill go up in his baloon with his hands tied
- •'.;'t r and hanging by his teeth, with him he will carry a
cycle and when he cuts loose to come down he will mount
• ,e wheel and come down riding it. No such a feat has
rr been seen in Norman and may never be seen again,

Olcl Fiddlers Contest
lh s contest w;ll be held on a platform in tin par* and
hlcead the other attractions it will be free. There will be
no limit to the number of entries and no charge I'hey
must provide themselves with their own fiddles, and three
prizes wi.i be given as follows providing as many as three
enter—first prize <ic.oo, second prize .<5.00; thirl prize
*2.3o. tiddiers will begiven turn about, but will be required
to play at least two selections all together.
No professional violinists, nor no one who has ever taken
instruction in violin under t violin Instructor will be allowed
to enter the contest.
Old Fiddlers are urged to bring your fiddles when you
come to this celebration and enter this contest. It will cost
you nothing and you have a chance of winning at least .<10.
9 o'clock P. M. FIRE WORKS.
No fourth of July celebration would be complete without
fireworks. A liberal sum has been set aside for the use of
the committee on fireworks to have a magnificient d^plav
Ihese will begiven from the Park at night between the old
fiddler's Contest and the Marvelous Slide for ! fe which
will come off at 10 oclock.
