A moaner emp’r was never born.
Xoligions, nations, families weep,
Who, while Bill rules, would dare to sleep?
An end to this we must demand,
Go rout the kaiser, destroy his clan.
On the seas are daily seen,
The frightfulness of submarines,
Thousands of innocent ones destroyed
By Teutons everywhere enjoyed.
Zejmdins sail, howitzers roar
And destruction everywhere they sow,
All elements of the Teuton kind,
The whole wide world, employed to bind.
Gas bombs and seas of mammoth mines
For years engaged Teutonic minds,
And plague germs by the thousands saved
To win the war their scientists gave.

GOVERNMENT CANNOT
CANCEL DEED TO IN-
DIAN LANDS.
Ardmore, Ok., Oct. 11.—After
a Probate Court has approved a
deed to Indian lands the United
States as guardian of the In-
dians is stopped from cancell-
ing the deed, was held to day by
Judge Ralph E. Campbell in the
Federal Court. The case in
question was that of the United
| States against E. C. Armstrong
and others and involved produc-
ing lands in the Healdton oil
*orth approximately $5,-
000,000. It waa alleged by gov-
ernment attorneys that fraud
was prepetuated in the probate
court but Judge Campbell held
that his court was without juris-
diction, because the land ceased
to be under the jurisdiction of
the government when the deed
was approved by the probate
court.
