LAR1D THINKS LICENSE
FOR SHOW IS TOO HIGH
The corporation commission ha?
received a complaint from Doctor II.
C. Laird who thinks the license fee
of $25 a day charged his refined rail-
road shows is too mucli. He says iu
Texas he is only charged *16 a day.
The showman thinks Oklahoma ia
discriminating in favor of the big
circuses. He declares he is not run-
ning a traveling dental parlor or
photograph gallery on wheels.
Dr. Laird is at present in Kaw
City.
