OKLAHOMA CITY IS A COMMUNITY OF
BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE HOMES. NO-
WHERE ARE DWELLINGS MORE ATTRACTIVE.
THE SHARE OF GAS AND ELECTRIC SERVICE
IN CREATING CLEAN, ARTISTIC AND DESIRABLE

NIGHT AS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY.
IN THE SUMMER GAS AND ELECTRICITY KEEP
HOMES COOL AND INVITING; IN WINTER THEY
MAKE THEM WARM AND BRIGHT.
TOWARD ADVANCING MATERIAL COMFORT

What Our New Offices Mean to
the Public
THE CHARGES FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE HAVE
BEEN REDUCED STEADILY UNTIL ELECTRIC
LIGHTING IS WITHIN REACH OF EVERY FAMILY IN
A COMMMUNITY WHERE REAL POVERTY IS PRAC-
TICALLY UNKNOWN.
OUR OWN HOUSE WARMING IN OUR NEW OF-
FICES IN THE INSURANCE BUILDING, 112-114
NORTH BROADWAY, MEANS MUCH TO THE PUB-
L1C AND MUCH TO OURSELVES.
WE OUTGREW OUR OLD OFFICE QUARTERS
MORE THAN A YEAR AGO, AND FOUND THAT TO
TRANSACT BUSINESS PROPERLY WE WOULD
HAVE TO FIND QUARTERS SEVERAL TIMES AS
LARGE AS THE OLD ONES.
WE NOW OCCUPY THE ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR
OF THE INSURANCE BUILDING AND HAVE ROOM
ENOUGH TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS AND
OTHER VISITORS AS FAST AS THEY COME.
EVERY POSSIBLE ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN
MADE TOWARD THE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT DIS-
PATCH OF BUSINESS. ADDITIONAL COUNTERS.
KLERKS AND WINDOWS SHOULD PREVENT DE-
CAYS EXCEPT ON UNUSUAL OCCASIONS.
NOT ONLY HAVE OUR OFFICE EQUIPMENT
AND OFFICE FORCE BEEN GREATLY AMPLIFIED,
BUT EVERY DEPARTMENT WHICH COMES IN CON-
TACT WITH THE PUBLIC HAS BEEN REORGANIZED
AND INCREASED iN SIZE.
THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT IS NOW FIT-
TED TO CORRECT DEFECTS AND ERRORS WITH
THE LEAST EXPENDITURE OF TIME.
THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT, UNDER THF
DIRECTION OF THE COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT, lb
PROVIDED WITH EXPERT WORKMEN WHO USE
MOTOR CYCLES AND AUTOMOBILES IN LOCATING
"TROUBLE" AND APPLYING THE REMEDY.
A BUSINESS ORGANIZATION NEEDS COM
MODIOUS AND COMFORTABLE OFFICES IN ORDER
TO DO ITS BEST WORK. WE ARE NOW LOCATED
IN A SPLENDID NEW BUILD'NG WHICH IS A
CREDIT TO THE CITY.
