Mamie Nims, fired two shots from a

the latter made a quick get-away,
down the alley Parker had trouble
with the Nims woman recently and
nfter badly beating her, cut her
clothing to pieces. This is perhaps
the cause of the shooting.
The woman was arrested by the
police this morning and is now in
the city jail.
