Wilson, was started in 1916 and was the Moore edition of the Capitol Hill News of Oklahoma City. The paper, published by the Suburban Publishing Company, cost fifty cents a year. The publication of the paper was suspended by Wilson for three years while he served in the Mexican border patrol.
