He also, has a great Plains contract on approx.1,000 ac which will be completed in 1967. Mr. Burns raises alfalfa for his own livestock, selling surplus to the dairy farmers in this area. Tom Perryman, WUC, Cheyenne, is seen in the photo discussing the district program with Mr. Burns.
