The case of Mrs. Ida Overstreet
against her husband for alimony was
called yesterday afternoon and finish-
ed this morning. Tho story Is a long
one. Her husband W. C Overstreet
became insane over religion. She loft
him disposed of their property and

right rebutted all her testimony.
Judge John U. Burford In passing
passing judgment refused her plea of
alimony and advised ner to return to

trouble upon himself. His neighbors

of the shot cutting into tho limbs over
an inch in diameter.
An application for ball was made
this afternoon for Keller and it is
probable that the same will bo grant-

The baseball meeting last night at
