Everybody knows tho rush that
comes with tbo holidays in tho express
business. How impatient we all get
because our expected presents do not
arrive.. This year however there were
no disappointments owing to delays
after packages were received in Guth-
rie. Mr Oorkins tbe Wella-Farjfo
agent had two wagons at work all
day Sunday and Monday delivering
besides K. S Van Vo rhecs who deliv
crcd packages all day Monday using
Mr Corkins' horse rnd buggy. The
express cilice was cleaned up every
night. There was no package carried
over from one day to another if there
was any one at the house of the ad
dressed to receipt for it. The dclajB
Incident 1.0 tho holidays were entirely
avoided and Agent Corkins has worm
cd himself Into the good graces of the
package receiving people of Guthrie.
