people of Southeastern Arkansas liuvo

the purpose of my visit hut after a full

sible effort innrio to aid mo in forming
correct conclusions of the situation.

was truly pathetic and fow that entered

school fundi to Greer uouuty. The

functions of sovereignty ovur Greer

that among the corps of surgeons. This
I was Informed was the result of the ob-
stinacy of one man but was quickly set-
tled by a meotliig of thesijiguon und the

most perfect harmony und eoueorJ among
those professional gentlemen each trying
to do all in his power to rolleve the suif wr-

ing and that all the newspaper descrip-

fall short of the real picture as viewed
by those ho huvu visited Chandler to
ee for themselves. Indeed human lan-
guage is totally Inadequate to tell the
