St. Lot'is May 2S. Tho Associated
Wholesale Grocers of this city havo en-
tered a formal complaint of discrimination
against tbo Missouri Pacific before the
Intcr-Stato Commission. It Is alleged
that a conspiracy exists between the
Missouri Pacific and other lines by which
shippers outsldo of tbo Htato are charged
less for transportation for points within that
Slate than It charged Missouri shippers for
transportation between tho samo points;
that although tho Missouri I'aclflo has no
line of Its own between this city and East

ness for both theso poiiils from

at tho samo rate and as tho Mis-
souri Pacifle must pay something for trans-
portation across tho river out of tho com-
pensation received. It Is argued that tbls

tho Missouri Pacific rates for car load lots
from this city and othor points are more
than per cent less than Is charged for
similar mcrchandlso In quantities less tbun

tion of tho Intcr-Stato law.
