VOCATIONAL TRAINING-TIME LIMIT
The final date upon which applica-
tions for vocational training may be
(lied is December 16 1922. This is the
limit 8e t by law and if any ex-service
man desires and believes himself en-
titled to vocational training he should
file his application without delay even
if he cannot immediately take up
training. Application is made on Form
20 and Form 545 furnished by the
Veterana Bureau the same form used
in applying for compensation or hos-
pital care A person must begin train-
ing wiftiin a reasonable time after no-
tice that he is eligible unless physical
disability prevents.
Vocational Training is divided into
Section 2 and Section 3 training To
get Section 2 training claimant must
have a vocational handicap a disability
traceable to service which prevents
claimant from returning to the occupa-
tion carried on before entering the
service or an allied occupation. To get
Section 3 training claimant must have
a 0 or greater disability but it need
not be a vocational handicap.
Though applicant's disability is due
to his own willful misconduct he ia not
barred from vocational training if he
was honorably discharged from the
service
Posts of the American Legion will
aid any person in filing claims.

started out favoiably Monday even-

BAPTIST REVIVAL
A revival meeting will begin Sunday
November 16th at the Baptist church
at Beaver Rov. L. S. Hill of Guy-
mon will do the preaching for us. Bro.
Hill is missionary of the Panhandle
Baptist Association and is a good speak-
er. A very cordial invitation is ex-
tended to overybody to come and hear
him and we would be glad to have all
tho Christian workers and singers as-
sist us.

three jurors was held. Tho case was
a breach of promise suit filed by Miss
Mildred Canadyaeainst Howard Embry.
Bob Maplo acted as judge V. F Chap-
man Bryon Whitmarsh Tommio Judy
and Mr. Canady as attorneys. Tho
verdict of tho jury was one to c&nvlct
while the other two voted to acquit.
A jolly time was enioyed by all present.

state club agent spent Tuesday and
Wednesday of last week in Beaver
county. We visited several schools
and the children enjoyed talks from
Mrs. Frazicr about club work. We
were successful in getting reports as
well as enrollment cards. We have an
enrollment of 21 girls in the Beaver
club.
