Commercial Club.
At several different times Commer-
cial Clubs have been organized in Bea-
ver nnd have been in n nourishing con-
dition but when the immediate need
for work for that "body would lessen
the organization would discontinue
active operations.
Last week however it became ap-
parent that there was some work to be
done which should be in tho hands of
a good live Commercial Club and n
meeting of our citizens was called nc
cordingly and the organization per-
fected. About seventy-five members
were secured in n short jimo officers
elected and the body is busy. W. T.
Quinn was chosen secretary O. F.
Pruett treasurer and a board of di-
rectors chosen composed of Elbert
Cllft F. C.Trrcy W. II. Thomas J.
W. Webb H. N. I.awson I.. S. Mun-
ell and Judge R. II. Loot hour row.
This board will select a President from
their number. The Club will meet
monthly on tho first Monday night of
each month.
Tho organization is composed of a
bunch of live wide-awake men of Bea-
ver and vicinity nnd thoy will bo
found promoting nnd boosting Any-
thing and everything of ndvantago
