Democratic party at the August
new sensational Robberson field
are bringing strange faces to
Pauls Valley daily. Men of af-
fairs in the oil world are coming
here to look after acreage and
other interests in the new field.
All County records and ab-
stract business for the county is
centered in Pauls Valley conse-

Pauls Valley abstracters have
been completely swamped with
work of late weeks. Abstracters
here are working day and night
in frantic efforts to get abstracts
of titles to oil men and investors
who are here daily seeking them.
Practically all leasing activ-
ities appear to be centered in
Pauls Valley and every day sees
acreage holders from other towns
in the county and from out side
the county here placing their of-
ferings with the several oil exch-
anges and commission men who
have sprung up over night, or
,seeking to find what is being of-
fered for investment. Lots of ac-
reage has changed hands on the
Pauls Valley Exchange the past
two weeks. There appears to be
no trouble to find both buyers and
sellers and transactions running , . . .

FARM LANDS f
The very safest investment today is farm lands.
The surest way to insure advances on your invest-
eent is to buy farm lands and hold a year or two—its
continually advancing. Then there are any number
of people renting who should own their own farms.
Make the start today, own your own home and quit
moving every year or so. Get in the farm owner
class and be contented home owners. We have a
large listing of good farms, prices right to sell. Let
us show you some of them and help you select the
