Charley ISoyles, a young man just
past 21 years of age, living in this
city and was waiting for a claim in
the strip, died yesterday morning.
He had been sick only live days with
typhoid fever.

of the inhabitant to make a townsite

The entry or declaratory statement
shall Include only such land as is act-
ually occupied by the town, and the
title which is in the U. S., and it- ex-
teriorlimits must conform to I lie legal
subdivisions of the public lands. (See

The amount of land fbat may be en-
tered under this method is proportion-
ate to the number of inhabitants -100
and less than 200 Inhabitants may en-
ter -not to exceed l!20 acres;
200 and less than 1,000 inhabitants may
enter not to exceed (i4u acres, and
where the inhabitants number 1,000
and over, an amount not toexceed 1280
acres may be entered, and for each ad-
ditional 1,000 inhabitants, not to cx-
eeed 5, 000 in all, a further amount of
H20 acres may be allowed. When the
number of inhabitants of a town is
less than 100 the townsite seall be re-
stricted to the land actually iiccuoicd

Where an entry is made ot less than
maximum quantity of land allowed lor
