at the creamery, endeavoring to show
the doubtful ones that the test is cor-

Holmes, Will Cundiff, Jas. Harris, Or-
vil Courtney, Marvin Orr and Walter
Mauldin left Monday for Lawton for
the land drawing.
H. P. Dreessen and F. K. Perceval
visited Geo. and Bat Dreessen at Sew-
ard Sunday.

Mrs Hattie Schnitzier and children
left Tuesday morning to join her hus-
band at Winfred, So. Dakota, with a
two days stop-over at Arkansas City
to visit her brother.
Robert Shoffner put a load of cot-
ton seed hulls in a granary Thursday.
The hulls got hot and blazed up, set-
ting lire to the building Friday morn-
ing and burned it to the ground.
Ben Leverich and wife visited his
sister, Mrs. Fred Shade and family,
at Yukon Saturday night and Sunday.
Some one wilfully and maliciously
cut the bridle reins and turned Will
Moore's horse loose Monday night.
The horse was caught at Will Larkin's
home and tied up. It is thought that
some one got tired of seeing the horse
stand on the street all day and night
without feed or water and decided to
turn it loose.
Triplets were born to Mr. and Mrs.
Geo. Milton of Oklahoma City Friday.
One died and was interred in Moore
cemetery Saturday night at 11 P. M.
Another died at 12 P. M. Saturday and
the third is not expected to live.
They weighed only 2 pounds each.
