years for burglary. Coleman Grady, five
years for grand larceny, and Perry

a large number of witnesses and specta-
tors were present. Nearly all the attoi

presenting various chants, and also a
number of attorneys from other cities.
No cases were heard today. The court
heard several motions and rendered
some decisions, l he alternate writ i f
mandamus, compelling the Perry school
board to show cause for not admitting
colored school children into the white
schools, was quashed on the grounds
that the service on the school board was
not legally made.
In the matter of the cases of the
county commissioners, C. W. Olmstead
by his attorneys, asked for a change of
judges, which was ^rauted by the court.
Air. Van Aukin, by his attorneys object-
ed to a change of judges, as he preferred
to have the case ried before Judge
Bierer It has not been decided wheth-
er the cases will be tried eeperately or
together.
